What is 7-on-7?The TFL 7-on-7 Football program is a competitive, one-hand touch football league that enables quarterbacks, receivers, running backs, defensive backs, linebackers and other skill players to improve their techniques. The game is fast paced, exciting and challenging. High Schools use it to prepare their teams for the fall tackle season. Additional field time helps position development and overall conditioning. The game is played on a standard football field.

We will cover pitching, fielding, hitting, throwing … everything needed to build confidence and skills for their next season. We want to eliminate the bad habits before they start. Players will be split into groups based on age and ability. Parent coaches are welcome to get involved with our pros. We know you all want to learn more about all aspects of the game. On the last day of school, all grade levels will take turns going to the gym for an hour filled with fun and games. There will be music, face painting, coloring, and lots and lots of games. At the end of each party, each student is given a snack and a drink before returning to class. Can you help us by volunteering your time or donating snacks and drinks?

Hello, Awesome Patriots! Friendly Reminder - November 24-28, 2025 are student and staff holidays.
