Art students field trip to the CAMH.
Students saw and discussed contemporary artworks by artists Tomashi Jackson and Mario Ayala. Students used Ayala’s Seven Vans Series as inspiration to create their own van showing their personalities. Later we enjoyed lunch in the sculpture garden next to Amish Kapoor’s Cloud Column. This was an amazing opportunity sponsored by the Contemporary Arts Museum of Houston. Thank you to our fabulous Art Teacher Mrs. Taylor for inspiring our Patriots to be creative!
